Questions installers ask before they order

Will it get here before my install date?

Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day from our Southeast Michigan warehouse. Ground transit runs 1 to 5 business days depending on your zone, and most of the Midwest and Northeast lands on the short end. If you are on a tight deadline, call and we will confirm a delivery date before you buy.

Do I need a wholesale account to get case pricing?

No. The price you see on this page is our wholesale case price. No application, no tax ID, no waiting on approval.

What is the minimum order?

One case. Order a single case or a full pallet, the case price is the same either way.

Can I return what I do not use?

All bulk purchases can be returned as long as they are in new condition. You will be responsible for all shipping costs (outbound and return shipping costs).

How does the warranty work if a strand fails mid-season?

All holiday lights have a three year limited warranty. Lights are covered at 100% of replacement cost for the first year, 50% of replacement cost for year two and 33% replacement cost for year three. A year is defined as one 90 day lighting season. Lights installed longer than 90 days are void of warranty.

Are these compatible with sockets and controllers I already run?

Our C9 and C7 retro fit bulbs work with most C7 and C9 bulk wire. In rare occasions we have found our bulbs out fit some older wire or lower quality wire.
